The insoles are slim and designed to work in most trainers, boots, and ski/snowboard boots. For the roomiest fit, take out the shoe’s original insole and replace it with the Heated Insole. If you rely on an orthotic, you can sometimes layer the Heated Insole beneath it if there’s space, otherwise size up the footwear by half a size.
