Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request an exchange, refund, or store credit.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Submit an Exchange or Refund Request:

  1. Navigate to our returns portal here.
  2. Enter your 4-5 digit order number .e.g #5063 and the email you used to make your purchase.
  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  4. Let us know why you're returning your item and upload a photo.
  5. Choose how to return your items and pay for your return shipping label.

Once submitted, we’ll review your request and follow up with the next steps. If your return is not accepted, you will be refunded the cost of the return shipping label.

Items returned to us without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

NOTE: If it has been 30 days or more since your order was delivered, we will not be able to issue you a refund, only a replacement if the product is deemed faulty/defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If you request and qualify for a refund, we’ll notify you once it’s approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
