Shipping Times By Country

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland and most of mainland Europe.

We have two warehouses. We ship all of our heated clothing from one, and all power banks / any products containing batteries from the other. If your order contains heated clothing AND a power bank, heated gloves, or heated socks, you will receive your order in two shipments.

We offer an option for priority processing at checkout for an additional $5.99 USD / $6.49 CAD / $7.49 AUD / $8.49 NZD / £3.49 GBP / €3.99 EUR. This pushes your order to the front of the queue, having it processed within 12 hours, as opposed to our standard processing time of 24-48 hours. This ensures your order is dispatched from our warehouse promptly. Please note that this only speeds up the processing time; the shipping time will remain the same.

To provide free shipping and deliver your order as soon as possible, our orders are dispatched from distribution centres located overseas. We do everything in our power to ensure you don't experience any unwelcome surprises regarding customs fees when your order arrives in your country by shipping all orders with DPP. To this date, we have yet to be made aware of any of our customers having to pay customs fees/import duties; however, it is worth noting that we do not take any liability for any customs fees/import duties that you may be required to pay when your item arrives.

Please note: If your item is returned to the sender for any reason caused by you e.g. refused delivery, incorrect address, invalid phone number etc. There will be a $15 USD (or local currency equivalent) charge to resend your order, and we will need to double-confirm your address with the courier, this process to resend the package will take 2 weeks.

I've not received my order. When will I receive it?

If you received a notification saying that your order was shipped over the longest delivery timeframe quoted above, please contact us at help@toastybody.com, and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.

If the maximum delivery timeframe has not been exceeded yet, please refrain from contacting us, as our team will be limited in their ability to assist you.

My country isn't listed. Can you still ship to me?

If your country is not listed above, and you would like to place an order with us, please contact us at help@toastybody.com informing us where you are based / would like us to ship your order to and we will investigate the potential of shipping to you on a one-off basis (additional costs may be required).
