Chest	Stand relaxed. Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits, keeping the tape level across your shoulder blades. Snug but not tight.
Shoulder	Measure straight across the back from the tip of one shoulder bone to the other. It helps to have someone else do this for you.
Length	From the base of your neck (where it meets the shoulder) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
