We stand behind the quality and performance of every ToastyBody product. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a size, fit, or product concern.

What’s Covered

We review requests relating to:

  • Incorrect size or fit concerns
  • Performance issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.

Our Resolution Options

Where a request is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Free size exchange (fastest option – recommended for fit concerns)
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Resolution type is determined by the nature of the issue and the item's condition.

We prioritise exchanges and store credit wherever possible.

Item Conditions Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund:

  • Items must be clean, unworn, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How To Submit a Request

To initiate a request, please email help@toastybody.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos where relevant (required for defect/performance claims)

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale items may be eligible for exchange or store credit but not refund unless faulty.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team voids eligibility under this policy.
