- Always remove the battery before washing your garment.
- Do not sleep in your heated clothing unattended.

- Not recommended for children, infants, or pets.

Charging The Battery
Your ToastyBody Heated Insoles are powered via USB and designed to be paired with a portable power bank (sold separately). You may use an official ToastyBody Power Bank or a compatible third-party model.
If You Purchased a ToastyBody Power Bank
- Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the power bank.
- Plug the other end into a wall adapter, laptop, or USB port.
- The LED indicators will display charging progress.
- Charging is complete when all LEDs remain solid.
Note: ToastyBody Power Banks are shipped separately and may arrive after your heated insoles. Please do not panic if your insoles arrive first.
If You’re Using Your Own Power Bank
- Output: must be 5V/2.4A minimum.
- Capacity: 5,000mAh or higher recommended for several hours of use.
- Connection: USB-A (connect using the included dual charging cable routed from the insoles).
- Performance may vary depending on brand and capacity.
- For safety, only use CE/FCC-certified power banks.
For best performance and safety, we recommend official ToastyBody Power Banks.
Powering On & Heat Settings
Follow these steps to switch on your ToastyBody Heated Insoles. The insoles use a single optimised heat profile for steady, reliable warmth.
- Connect your charged power bank to the USB cable provided with the insoles.
- Press and hold the power button on the cable for 3 seconds to switch on.
- The LED will glow white while heating is active.
- Press and hold the button again for 3 seconds to power off.
Runtime will vary depending on the capacity of your power bank and outdoor conditions.
Care & Maintenance
With proper care, your ToastyBody Heated Insoles will deliver reliable warmth and comfort season after season.
Cleaning Instructions
- Always disconnect and remove the batteries before cleaning.
- Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
- Gently wipe the surface of the insoles with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed.
- Allow the insoles to air dry completely before reconnecting the batteries.
- Do not tumble dry, wring, iron, or dry clean.
Storage Instructions
- Ensure both insoles and batteries are completely dry before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Disconnect and store the batteries separately when not in use.
- For seasonal storage, charge the batteries to around 50% and top up every 3 months to maintain health.
Note: Failure to follow care instructions may damage the heating elements or batteries and void warranty coverage.

Check battery connection and charge level

LED Not Lighting

Uneven Heating Between Insoles
