One of the best heated garments I've bought. Exceptional quality. The Base layer itself is as good as my high end base layers that aren't heated. Plush, soft and very warm. Then turn it on! I recommend this to anyone that wants a premium heated garment.

So overall, this heated puffer jacket is really good. It genuinely keeps you warm, and I definitely felt a difference compared to wearing a regular jacket, especially in colder weather. The material feels nice and insulated, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do in terms of locking in heat.
I didn’t feel the heat as intensely as I expected, but I was still noticeably warmer the entire time I wore it. One thing I do want to mention is the sizing it runs small. I would recommend sizing up at least one size, and honestly, possibly even two sizes up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you want room to layer.
What really impressed me, though, was the company. Their customer service is absolutely top-tier. When I had a sizing issue, they were incredibly responsive, super attentive, and sent me a replacement jacket very quickly. That level of care really stood out to me.
Overall, the jacket does its job and keeps you warm, but the company itself truly goes above and beyond. Because of their amazing customer service, I would 100% recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again.
